Mounted new speaker for my bike!

It's very loud, and uses a rechargable internal Lit-ion battery. No more remote control, but now got a toy on my bar. :D

Mounted a Crane Brass Bell from Japan (got from TR Bikes), instead of the usual method of mounting to the handlebar, I mounted it to the brake lever, through the bolt. Feels more ergonomic and hands stay in optimal position. Use right thumb to ring bell, use right index and middle finger to control front brake. In most situations, the rear brake is the priority, so putting the rear brake on the left side lets me keep my right thumb on the bell (when cycling around pedestrians)

Shimano 105 Front Brake

Shimano 105 Rear Brake - It seems to have slightly more clearance than the original Boston brakes, brake pads are now 2mm away from edge of rim.

39 Teeth Q-ring on crank - This greatly reduces my gear ratio, I only managed to reach 40 Km/h max on a 2 lane/2 way asphalt road (at night with light traffic). This feels like a good gear ratio to ride fixed, which I'm cnsidering to have another go. (The last gear ratio of 53T/16T was too high to effectively brake using backpedal)

Parts swapped in:
1. Syntace Stratos Zero aluminum base-bar (Taken from Cervelo P2K)
2. Profile Design QS2 Brake Levers (Taken from Cervelo P2K)
3. Pro-Bikegear Handlebar Tape
4. Tektro Brakeshoes (Taken from IF Reach)
5. Jagwire Brake Pads

Handling is now MUCH better.
PS Flipped the rear-wheel and tried riding "fixed" for a day, couldn't get used to it. If the gear ratio was lower or if it were only for track, no prob. But I'm used to high gear ratio and cycling on the road, so fixie is probabply not for me. But, to be fair, riding fixed is a very nice feeling at slow speeds.

Pic of how I store it where I work. Had to remove the seatpost. It fit's very snugly, with little room to spare.

Will be collecting the Boston this week and sending it to TR bikes for halflink chain fitting.
